𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸!
The menu will be changed each week with the new menu being published every Sunday at 5pm.
Our order diary will re-open at the same time. We are unable to take any orders before the weekly menu has been published.

This will be a zero-contact delivery service our driver will knock the door (they will not ring the doorbell), place your delivery on the doorstep and return to the van.
We will make sure someone accepts the order before leaving the address.
If you reside in a block of flats we will buzz your flat number and pop your order on the doorstep, our driver will not enter the building as an extra precaution to keep them safe.
As many of our orders contain ice cream, we cannot leave these in a secure place, they must be accepted at the time of delivery.

Payments are made via BACS.
There is a minimum spend of £10 per order & £30 per area so get your friends and family on board 😋♥️
If you would like to surprise someone with a treat, orders can be placed on their behalf and we can include a gift note from you 😍!

Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis and will be delivered on Thursdays/Fridays only, with delivery charge calculated based on your address.
Deliveries will be made between 9am-5pm and due to such high demand we are unable to provide a general/specific time slot or prior notice of delivery.

Because we are a seasonal business, our staff weren’t employed before the cut off date and therefore can not be furloughed.
As Shorty's would've been their main source of income over the summer months we will be honouring their employment, meaning they will continue to be paid even though the Parlour itself remains closed.
In order to accommodate this we are running deliveries 2 days a week.
Mama shorty & myself are having to take a back seat with this so your patience is appreciated ☺️
